Emergency Out-of-Hours Support

Our business hours are 9.00 to 5.00 AEST. Outside business hours, if you experience any outage of Studentnet services you may contact our NOC on (02) 9281 3905.

NOTE: The NOC contact number is for emergency operational outages ONLY.
  • The NOC contact number should not be used for assistance in configuring services or making product enquiries. It is NOT a help facility.
  • If the NOC emergency number is used for any purpose other than an emergency operational outage, a configuration charge of $250 (exGST) per hour, minimum of 1 hour flag fall, will apply. (No charge applies to the reporting of genuine emergency operational outages.)
